Managing our business listing on Weedmaps has been more frustrating than I expected. Some updates took way longer than they should have, and a few changes didn’t show up right away. I also had to chase them a couple of times to get answers, which was annoying. Support was okay once I got a response, but not especially helpful. It does work eventually, but the whole process feels clunky and harder than it needs to be.

Overall, the service is fine, but I do wish there were more payment options available for my area. It’s a bit inconvenient right now, and having a few extra choices would definitely make the whole process smoother...

Weedmaps works fine for the most part, but the privacy side kind of puts me off. It feels like these sites always collect way more info than they really need, and the settings aren’t super clear. I’m not totally sure where my data ends up, which just makes the whole thing feel a little uneasy

Weedmaps is decent when I just want to see what shops are nearby, but I’ve learned not to take the menus too literally. A few times I showed up for something that said it was in stock, and by the time I got there it was already gone. Prices and sizes can be off too, which is frustrating when you’re trying to plan ahead. So yeah, it’s useful as a starting point, but I don’t really trust it the way I used to.

The deals are usually easy to figure out, so I’m not calling a bunch of places asking what’s actually going on. Every now and then a shop changes something or it’s a little different, but for the most part it’s close enough. Saves me some time and usually keeps checkout from being a whole surprise.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the billing was to follow. The subscription charges were laid out clearly, and there weren’t any random surprise fees popping up later. kind of refreshing

I canceled my Weedmaps account and it did go through eventually, but the whole timeline was kind of confusing. I thought it would be handled within a day or so, then I wasn’t sure if I was waiting on them or if something else was supposed to happen first. Support did get back to me, just slower than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I feel like the cancellation process could be a little clearer and quicker

I’ve used Weedmaps a handful of times now, and the distance info has been on point. Compared to other apps I’ve tried, it picks up my location faster and doesn’t make it look like a shop is nearby when it’s actually way out of the way. It just makes finding something close a lot easier.

Just a quick warning for anyone who usually turns app notifications off right away: these were surprisingly useful. Most of the alerts were about things I actually cared about, and they didn’t blow up my phone all day. it’s a good balance.

Weedmaps is good for finding dispensaries near me, but yeah, some listings feel kinda unfinished. Like, a few places don’t have full menus, the hours can be wrong wrong, and sometimes photos or basic details are just missing. It’s still useful, for sure, especially if you double check before you go. I just really wish more dispensaries would keep their pages updated and complete.

Had a small issue where my order info wasn’t showing correctly, but support got back to me faster than I expected and had it fixed the same day. It was really easy and there was no runaround, which I appreciated. Definitely makes me feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Overall, it seems solid. I usually do the quick gut-check thing, scan a few recent reviews, look for anything that feels off—and most of them come across as real. The moderation seems to catch the sketchy stuff too. That said, I’ve noticed a few older listings that probably should’ve been cleaned up still hanging around.
